Mariano García is one of the most respected winemakers in Spain. After thirty years as technical manager of Vega Sicilia, he became "independent" in 1998, attesting to his good work in wines such as Mauro San Román or Aalto. The red Terreus is probably his most excellent wine that combines the strength and breed of Castilian reds. with the elegance provided by a long aging (30 months in French oak barrels). It has great aging potential (between eight and ten years) and pairs wonderfully with Castilian roasts (suckling suckling pig). Aeration prior to consumption and tasting at room temperature (16º) is recommended.
