Our orders are packed in premium boxes, with a patented air chamber system that keeps the bottles suspended and secure inside the boxes.

Traditional fermentation in 16,000-litre French Oak vats at a controlled temperature of 28º C. Maceration with its skins for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in 16,000-litre French Oak vats and French Oak barrels. Aged on its lees in a selection of new French Oak barrels for 12 months and with daily batonage.
