Entropia Coffee

Entropia Coffee is made using only naturally roasted coffee, mainly of the mild and aromatic Arabica variety, but with a low caffeine content. To complete the mix they add a small amount of robusta coffee characterized by a high caffeine content. The mixture is completed with aromatic spices such as nutmeg or cinnamon sticks. Only the exact time of maceration in pomace brandy distilled in Galicia allows all the stimulating and aromatic properties of coffee to be captured.
