Lactalium Vodka

Vodka Lactalium is a unique and peculiar vodka that recovers ancestral traditions for its production. It is made using an ancient Mongolian Arkhi tradition for making vodka. So it is produced from the fermentation of milk and subsequent distillation in copper stills. On the nose it is thick with a beginning of very peculiar lactic notes. As time passes we find notes of brandy and grappa followed by smoky nuances typical of mezcal and tequila. On the palate it is creamy, silky and sweet with notes of dry sugars. It presents an extremely long finish with a very evanescent palate. A unique vodka that is exceptionally smooth and can be enjoyed on its own or as a base for the best cocktails.
