Dark gold color with amber reflections, this wine combines the delicacy and finesse of the amontillados on the nose with the body of the olorosos on the palate. The most unique dry sherry with concentrated aromas. Denotes hints of dark chocolate. The climate enjoyed by the Jerez area is warm as it is one of the southernmost wine regions in Europe. Summers are usually very hot -especially when the dry east wind blows- although its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and the west winds tend to temper the environment by providing freshness and humidity from the sea. the vineyards around 3,000 hours a year and the relatively high rainfall in the area with around 600 liters of annual average.
