Pacharan La Navarra

This pacharán is the result of the maceration of sloes with alcohol. Most of our sloes come from Navarran plantations directly controlled by the Navarran Council of Pacharán. The alcohol for its part comes from the best quality beet molasses. From the maceration that will last approximately 2 months depending on the evolution of the bluish fruit with the alcohol, both in color and in tasting, sugar and anise are added. The resulting mixture is filtered up to 5 times to separate impurities and obtain a homogeneous mixture to suit the consumer.
