Alcohol content 14 5º 100% Tempranillo variety Vineyards From 30 to 100 years in La Aguilera Moradillo and Bathrooms with pre- dominantly clayey-calcareous and sandy-clayey soils and yields out of 3 ,000 and 4,000 kg per ha. Elaboration 14 days of fermentation and maceration with take native ura pumped over daily and temperatures up to 28º. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Bottled June 2016. Production 36,600 bottles and 500 magnums. Vintage Mild winter with no major frosts. vegetative cycle and balanced and with good rains distributed. spring temperatures –higher than usual– advanced sprouting compared to 2013. The summer elapsed with temp discrete eratures up to the arrival of heat from the second August fortnight with maximum p or above of the 30º. OR n bright and warm autumn assured a mu and good ripening of the fruit. Dynamic vibrant tasting. Subtle crystalline fruit tannin And mo lame opulence.
