Edinburg Gin

It is a Scottish Premium gin of 43 0% alc./vol. Obtained by traditional quintuple batch distillation with a single alembic called Jenny. Eight traditional botanicals are used, among which are juniper, heather and milk thistle, native to Scotland, plus three secret components. The final product is clean and transparent, fresh and spicy on the nose and fruity and spicy with notes of pine and heather to taste. This gin has been manufactured since 2010 by Spencerfield Spirits Co. in Scotland.
