Premium packaging

Our orders are packed in premium boxes, with a patented air chamber system that keeps the bottles suspended and secure inside the boxes.

Harvests carried out according to the moment of maturity of each variety: first the Muscat de Fontignan followed by the Muscat de Alexandria and finally the Sauvignon Blanc. The varieties were vinified separately. Pre-fermentation film macerations were carried out at 10º C for maximum aromatic extraction followed by gentle pressing, obtaining only the flower, that is, 40% extraction, and then fermentation was carried out between 13º and 15º C.
