Josep Lluís Gramona Batlle is proud to be the first producer of Marc de Cava in the country in the 1970s, using pomace distillation and long-aged cava mothers. It is a distillate of the "Mothers of Cava" that comes from the long aging of the Gramona cavas with a cork stopper, accompanied as dictated by the legislation on pomace distillation.
