Premium packaging

Our orders are packed in premium boxes, with a patented air chamber system that keeps the bottles suspended and secure inside the boxes.

Passing the sanitary control, the bunches are destemmed and crushed, followed by skin maceration to get the maximum aromatic benefit from the variety and the desired color. Extraction of the flower must and the resulting must from a gentle pressing in pneumatic tires. The first fermentation takes place at low temperatures (16ºC). For the second fermentation, the selected yeast strain is used with a sufficient duration to ensure foam formation and its stability.
