Our orders are packed in premium boxes, with a patented air chamber system that keeps the bottles suspended and secure inside the boxes.

This wine is made with the best grapes from the San Jaime estate located in Barbastro at 460 m. altitude and traditional vineyard techniques such as green pruning and manual bunch thinning have allowed a harvest with yields of less than 4,000 Kg/Ha. This fact has favored the perfect development of the maturation phase and the obtaining of totally balanced grapes. The harvest was carried out in the early hours of August 20, taking advantage of the cold nights in the Pyrenees, and once in the winery, it underwent a cryomaceration process in the press at 10ºC for 8 hours. Fermentation was carried out at 16ºC and once it was finished, the wine was racked, leaving it in a tank for 2 months together with the fine lees. The bottling takes place in the week before Christmas, remaining at rest in an underground warehouse until March, when the wine reaches its optimum point.
