Our orders are packed in premium boxes, with a patented air chamber system that keeps the bottles suspended and secure inside the boxes.

The elaboration process in the winery begins with the destemming of the bunches, which are squeezed with a pneumatic pressing of 16-2 Kg./cm2 depending on the degree of maturity of the bunches, followed by a static dismantling before alcoholic fermentation at 20ºC. then a 2nd partial malo-lactic fermentation takes place in which the wine is rounded off in a more pleasant acidity and finally the wines remain for some time in the stainless steel tanks. on fine lees until bottled.
