Within the Cigales Designation of Origin, valued and known for its rosés, Cesar Príncipe presents its latest innovation. “Charlatán” stands out from its rosy peers with a fresh, laid-back modern line and a pale pink presence. Charlatán is a red Grenache with a white soul that, through direct pressing and low-temperature fermentation, appears as a rosé with very low color and an unapologetic line that presents the freshest and most aromatic range of Grenache. It is a dynamic, appetizing, striking and trickster wine that does not leave you indifferent and makes you want to try it. It is a wine to drink cold and on any occasion. An ideal wine to share and pair with rice and pasta. It is a rosé made from Garnacha Tinta that, through direct pressing (without maceration), obtains a must with a very low color that will be made from this moment as a white. After settling, it goes to a stainless steel tank to carry out alcoholic fermentation at low temperature, promoting a slow and aromatic fermentation. In this way we obtain the softest floral, fresh and different side of our Garnacha Tinta.
