Premium packaging

Our orders are packed in premium boxes, with a patented air chamber system that keeps the bottles suspended and secure inside the boxes.

Cold maceration for 3 days. Traditional fermentation of each variety separately in 16,000-litre French Oak vats at a controlled temperature of 28º C. Maceration with its skins for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new Premium French Oak barrels. Once this is finished, a careful selection of the best barrels is carried out and subsequent assembly. Aged on its lees in a selection of new Premium French Oak barrels for 18 months and with daily batonage. "This wine gets to release up to 2 new barrels during its aging."
