The 2007 harvest had a vegetative cycle favored by the weather, which left moderate but well-distributed rainfall. Nine days of fermentation within twelve days of total maceration. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation 25 days after racking. This wine has been aged in barrels for 1 to 3 years made with American oak from Pennsylvania and Missouri.
