Premium packaging

Our orders are packed in premium boxes, with a patented air chamber system that keeps the bottles suspended and secure inside the boxes.

The grapes come from vineyards of our property located in the terms of Bardales Gallineros San Roman and Villaester. After carrying out an exhaustive monitoring of the maturation of the grapes and a strict selection, they are harvested by hand between the second and third week of October. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks of 15,000 liters and 20,000 liters of capacity. reaching a maximum temperature of 28ºC and a total maceration of 18 days. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to mostly French oak barrels and a part in American oak. It is transferred to barrels in December of the harvest year and remains in them for 4 months to nourish the wine, allowing the Tinta de Toro fruit to predominate at the end of this light aging with traces of oak that enrich the wine. It is done under temperature and humidity control in the aging room to preserve the quality of the wine and the oak.
