Pepito Grillo combines grapes from vines with different types of soil and orientations, to represent the typicity of the wines from the historic area of the D.O. Ribeiro, to give as a result a wine with good structure and fatty character, with aromas of nectarine, fennel and white flowers, and an elegantly bitter persistent finish.
