Premium packaging

Our orders are packed in premium boxes, with a patented air chamber system that keeps the bottles suspended and secure inside the boxes.

Cold maceration for 48 hours. Traditional method of fermentation of the varieties separately in 16,000-litre French Oak vats (30%) and 32,000-litre frustoconical stainless steel tanks (70%) at a controlled temperature below 25ºC. A maceration is carried out over 8 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak vats of 16,000 liters (30%) and 32,000-liter (70%) frustoconical stainless steel tanks. in French oak barrels for 8 months and with daily batonage. "Aging on its own lees makes the wine preserve all its fruity aromas and increase its unctuousness and body"
