Our orders are packed in premium boxes, with a patented air chamber system that keeps the bottles suspended and secure inside the boxes.

In Font Jui we find this 4-hectare Xarel lo vineyard with very poor calcareous clay soil. The vines are over 40 years old and are irregularly planted in goblets. The vineyard is certified in the CCPAE as ecological viticulture. Production is very low: 3,500 kg per hectare. Manual harvest and first selection of the best bunches on the vine. In the winery, a second selection is made on the table, using exclusively the flower must for the vinification of this wine. After protecting the grapes by cooling them to 14ºC, a static racking is carried out for 36 hours, then the new 300-liter French Allier oak barrels with fine grain and medium toasting are filled, where the wine undergoes fermentation at 16º and the subsequent aging with its lees. After two months in the barrel, it underwent reductive aging for a year in the bottle, where it finished rounding off.
