Borsao Zarihs Red Wine belongs to the Borsao winery and has a D.O. Borja field (Aragon). It is made from a variety of grapes; 100% Syrah. For its elaboration, a peculiar maceration is carried out for 4-5 days. The total fermentation is 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22º to 26º. 40% of the Syrah is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months and another 60% in stainless steel tanks.
